Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

Hello, friends of mine had a party and one of my friends had been intoxicated and passed out, only to be awoken by an acquaintance of all of us to be forcefully down here pants,she also lost her virginity within him furthering his activities. he is 18 and she is 17 what will happen to all people within the party with underage drinking and the person who committed the crime?

The one who committed what might be characterized as rape, could possibly be charged and prosecuted for that crime. The others could be subject to prosecution as minors in possession of alcohol.
