Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

Harassment

For months now, an ex-girlfriend has been ''shadowing'' me. I personally feel that it is stalking, though by definition of law (as I understand it), to be legitimately stalked carries the implication of some type of physical harm, which, to my knowledge, is absent from my situation. Don't I have some form of recourse from this person showing up everywhere I go, attempting to communicate with me when I've made it clear that is unwelcome.

Re: Harassment

More information/facts would likely be required in order to make a rough determination as to whether "probable cause" might exist in the situation described for the offense of stalking.
