Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia
Harrased at Work
I feel I have been sexual harrased at work by a fellow employee, we were friends and it started to get out of control. She pursued me and she knew I was married, and not that way. but because we were friends I did not want to hurt her so I did not in so many words come out and tell her to stop. It caused me great emotional distress and caused me to have to go to phyciatrist and now I am on anti depressants. now this person is no longer here and I think she will try to turn the tables on me, how do I defend myself?
