Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia
how can i prove without any proof?
My supervisor was conduct a sexual harassment since last year. He started to grab my hand and my arm. Of course, I rejected it. He almost bagged me to love him. He said, it is the first time he fell in love with someone other than his wife. (he has 3 children).
I told him very seriously that I am not interested at all. I said ''please...do not touch me or holding my hand or putting your hand on my thigh.'' I told him that I'm gonna tell the owner at our work, report police and tell his wife.
But he just did not listen.
Then about 2 weeks ago, when I was working on the computer, he kissed me on my chick.
It was so sudden that I could not stop him.
I was just too shocked to slab him in his face.
I showed him and told him that I am very mad and he's so out of control.
He said sorry but that doesn't matter.
I don't have any proof about this matter.
What can I do?

Re: how can i prove without any proof?
You may have a case suable in federal court, particularly, if you have suffered any adverse
employment actions which could be reasonably
connected to your supervisor's untoward and boorish conduct and your summary rejection thereof.
