Hello,
My question to you is: If your employer and co-worker come to you in your office to say they are dating and then you fell intimidated with what they talked about. Is that consider a hostile work environment or Sexual Harassment.

You haven't said what they talked about that made you feel intimidated, but whatever it was, it's
probably not enough to qualify as a federally proscribed hostile work environment.
