Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

Question about my options

I've been informed by my manager that a complaint was brought up against me by an employee that said that I had picked up and moved another employee. The complaintant had no direct involvement with the issue and could only have found out thru hearsay. Depending on the investigation is there anything I can do for myself? Also is there a way to have a possible counter complaint for the problems this situation will occur for somebody that was not directly or indirectly involved with the alledged incident.

"A complaint... that said (you) picked up and moved another employee"(?) What kind of a complaint is this that could possibly implicate federal antidiscrimination laws against sexual harassment? It sounds to me more like battery(an unprivileged touching).
