Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

reverse sexual harrassment

I work at a nursing home in maintenance and there are over a 100 women I work, with as a rule they are bawdy group especially on breaks. I have a supervisor who has had over 10 assistants in his 10 years here who either writes up or harasses his employees till they quit .His tact with me has been write ups and since that did not work he has repeatedly told me a (woman) has come to him about me for sexually harassing her , he says this and then says you know what you did and im taking you to the administrator but this does not happen it is worrying me to death Help
