Sexual assault on 4 year old child
My 4 year old son was grabbed on his private parts in front of me by a grocery store employee who was trying to determine if my son was a boy or a girl. I reported it to the store manager, the employee admitted it, and we filed a police report. What are my rights? Can I file a law suit?

Your son may have a cause of action for assault and battery or other civil wrong which you could
bring in his behalf as his parent.
The question must be answered, however, as to what would be your son's provable damages in order to determine the viability of this claim.
