Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

I�m male; my boss is female and has made verbal sexual comments to me with others as witness. She has also groped me while making sexual comments. She is the highest management at this site and my company has no reporting system in place. They do not teach or hold training on sexual harassment. I fear termination if I complain and I�m looking for a different job now. What are my options legally. Thanks for your help in advance.

Based upon the facts you've described, you would appear to have sufficent grounds to file a complaint either with your nearest EEOC office to investigate the matter or with the state agency office which is also designated to accept and investigate such complaints.
