Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

sexual harassment of minors

I have an account on a site called Ebaumsworld

I CLEARLY state in my profile that I am 17 years old. Another user from the site, who I am pretty sure is over 18, is sexually harassing me here are some of his emails to me -

why did you have to call me a tiny dick prick?do you see my picture?its not small,i just want to put it in you nice and slow and smell your pretty little ass......i bet you have a pretty litle pussy.....i want to smell it

....Yes; I did call him a tiny dick prick

I did also threaten to report him to the authorities..but I don't know if I'm just supposed to call 911 or what...What do I do in this situation?

Also, the site doesn't clearly post a place to report sexual abuse.

RESPONSE: Ebaum's World is a pretty raunchy site. You may just want to stop going there. Otherwise, I think your best bet is to report him to the site. They may be willing to suspend his user privileges if he doesn't leave you alone. Also, see if you can block his email address or username so that you stop receiving his messages. In any event, don't write him back any more.
