Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

I have been wrongfully accused of sexual harrasment a female at work was diciplined so she cried sexual harrasment the dicipline came down from my superior she thought it was from me how do I fight this I have been on unpaid leave for four days now.

Without knowing more about your company and its employee rules and remedies, it would be difficult to say. If the compay has an employee grievance procedure, that would certainly seem to be one possible course of action that you might now wish to pursue.
