Sexual Harrasment,Terror Act and Hate Crime

My son age 13, in the 8th grade has been accused of and admitted to sexual harassment by rubbing his private area on the head of another student. He is accused of terror and hate crime by calling the boy Jewy. Please let me know where we stand on this. Also would he have to register as a sex offender at his age if this does go to court?

No, your son will not have to register as a sex offender nor is it likely that what you've described would be a basis for him to be charged with some criminal offense.

It does sound, however, as if your son

could use some serious counseling regarding appropriate behaviour around his peers.
