hello my question is i worked for a subway for 3 days and a co-worker kept trying to get me to have sex with him, so on my 4th day at worked i walked out, the next day i go into work to talk to my boss, my boss was gone and he was there and he said my boss said i was fired and she didnt want to see me in there again,well then 2 days later the place closed for bad management, and i recieved my paycheck and it was for 3 hours and it was soppose to be for 21 hours, i emailed the main office and nothing has been done for anything , what can i do?

Rather than email you should send a demand letter regular mail requesting that you be paid for these remaining hours. If you're not paid after sending this letter, then follow up with a phone call to the main office. Then if your just compensation due is still not forthcoming, consider suing them in small claims court where you can file your case for less than $40.
