Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

sexual harrassment( work)

I am employed where there are less than 15 employees. I am being subjected to hassasment from the general manager/site owner. These range from verbal aleudings, inappropriate physical contact, pressuring for offsite meetings, retaliatory comments when not received favorably, etc. How might I procede? I have no way of knowing if this has happened with other employees or not. I have spoken of this with a psychologist but all the possible scenarios we have come up with have not given me any relief.
