Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

sexually explicid text message from a teen!

My son (15) has a friend (16) and his friend send several very explicid text messages to my son. Telling my son what he wants to do to/with me!!! I am beyond upset and mad... i found these messages on his cell phone because I check his cell phone regularly for who he has contact with and what is going on... I want to know what legal right o have against this kid and how to handle this properly...

A talk wth the parent(s) or guardian of this kid accompanied by your request for an appropriate reprimand is probably about as far as you'll be able to go with this particular kind of situation.
