Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

supervisor having affair with co-worker. Job threatened because I know

I recently left my place of employment (by choice) because my direct supervisor was having an affair with my co-worker. I was the only one who knew for several months. Now everyone knows. I felt threatened. I went to our director and was told she could not afford to lose HIM as an employee. What can I do?

You ask: "What can I do"? The answer is nothing since you've already resigned-and even if you hadn't, it wouldn't have made any difference since the Commmonwealth of Virginia is an employment-at-will jurisdiction.
