Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

Touching at a Restaurant

I went to a chain restaurant the other day and after I signed my receipt, I handed it to the waitress. She took it, said something and started playing with my hair. I thought she said my hair was stuck but we asked her to repeat what she said and she started to ask me what kind of shampoo I used while stroking my head. I leaned forward and she stopped but I had no idea who she was. I did not know her. I went up to visit a friend of mine. I am still digusted over the whole situation b/c I find that unprofessional and I was insulted. I was a waitress once and would never think about playing with my customers hair. What can I do about the situation? I contacted corporate office the other day and I am waiting for a response. I hve not called the manager of the store yet but I was hoping corporate office would. Please help.
