Vice President created hostile work enviroment after being dumped
I am a 32-year-old hispanic female, real estate agent, who had a romantic relationship with my manager who later became vice president. After ending the romance, I was subject to a very hostile work enviroment and unfair treatment regard comission payments. During almost 3 years, a diary was kept of all distasteful remarks and harrassing coments that I had to endure which included forceful sexual encounter, while I was led to believe that he was in love with me. I ended up having frequent anxiaty attacks at the office but did not leave. Recently, was asked to leave by the same manager in a strange manner in which he did not agree to compromisse, he simply wanted me out. He is doing better and better, while I am left behind with the memories of a romance gone sour...

Federal sexual harassment law is of two kinds: (1) the so-called quid pro quo where usually the
higher up requires sex from an underling in return for a promotion, salary increase or other benefit for the latter, and (2) creation of a hostile work environment through sexually harassing behaviour/conduct perpetrated against employee(s) by other employee(s)and/or
supervisor(s)or tolerated by the latter with knowledge of the harassment.
It would appear that you are suggesting that you have been the victim of the type two sexual harassment prohibited under federal antidiscrimination law but it's not clear from your description of the facts that type two would actually apply. Merely establishing that you were treated unfairly and in a hostile and disagreeable manner and that you received lower commissions/compensation for your work would not be enough to make your case.
More facts favorable to your claim would appear to be needed.
