Social Security Disability denied
If I Have a letter from my doctor stating i am unable to work due to my phsysical condition which is just the oppisite of ssa doctor is this enough to appeal my case

Dear Sir:
You can always appeal. A disability opinion from your doctor generally (if detaled enough and supported by treatment records and tests) is better than an opinion of a SS doctor. Most of the time the problem is your doctor's opinion is not detailed enough.
