Embezzlement
If you are charged with a embezzlement charge that is a felony (over 200.00) and it is not over 200.00, if I hurried and paid it, could they back-up and charge me with a misdemeanor? They charged me for being in violation of Va. code 18.2-111 and 18.2-95

With what you have listed, it is difficult to determine whether you have a lesser included offense that would allow a misdemeanor. You should not be pleading to a felony if there is a problem with the amount being under $200.
