Is it possible to get a Permanent Injunction lifted or removed against my tax prep business if the case was unfairly prosecuted, and I had a right to use the forms at issue(1041, and 2555) towards prosecution?

Only a judge of the court which entered this injunction could likely make such a determination(in my opinion).
