Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
46.2-862 Reckless Driving 91 in a 65 MPH Zone (m-Radar)
I was stopped on I81 in Shenandoah County, Virginia for speeding (91 in a 65 MPH zone).
Apparently anything over 80 MPH in VA is a MISDEMEANOR.
I have a somewhat clean record -- last ticketed 4 years ago. Speeding 70/55.
What should I do? What is a likely outcome with an attorney?

Better get a lawyer; outcome likely better with one than without.
As you've correctly noted, Reckless Driving in the Commonwealth is a criminal offense (Class 1 misdemeanor) and not merely a traffic infraction.
