Assuming that you were charged with reckless driving, you would be well advised to
retain the services of a Virginia lawyer who is experienced with how traffic law is conducted in
the Chesapeake General District Court (assuming that's where you were charged) to represent
you in this criminal offense, and that you do it before leaving for Florida.
