Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
$100 ticket
Last week I got a ticket for parking in front of the sloping end of a side walk. There were not any signs that said no parking. There was not any paint on the curb or anything to alert me not to park there. Three years ago, one of my employees got a ticket there, took pictures and fought it and won. Do I have a shot?
