16 year old speeding with temporary license
My 16 year old son has his temporary license, and was given a ticket for speeding 80 mph in 65 mph zone.
his court date for permanent license is 11/07/2005.
How will this effect him getting his permanent license?
What consequences are usually given?

Re: 16 year old speeding with temporary license
Once the court handling your son's permanent license matter learns of the speeding charge pending against him, it likely will defer a decision on the issue of granting him a permanent license until there has been a disposition of the case involving the speeding charge.
