Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I am 19 years old and I have moved from CA to VA in August of 2010. In September of 2010 I was pulled over for speeding and given an infraction ticket which I paid online and didn't have to appear in court. Then in February 11th of 2011 I was pulled over once again by the same police officer and given another infraction ticket for speeding which was also paid for online. On February 21st of 2011 I was pulled over again and the officer gave me a reckless driving ticket for driving too fast on wet pavement. The officer explained that I now have a mandatory court date in May! What should I do? What are the chances that my license will get suspended. I currently have a CA license and not a VA one yet and I was warned by the police officer to get one. Any help or advice is appreciated.
