Accident in company Truck
I recieved your response, thank you, I guess I was nt clear pleasse forgive me. he does have some neck pain. on some pain from the seat belt, and now his back is beginnig to hurt, is there still nothing he could do?

If your husband has suffered verifiable injuries in a traffic accident, he can require the other driver (or his/her insurance carrier) to pay for the medical costs of treating these injuries.
