Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Re: Accident

I was going down the road when a

lady pulled out in front of me I

swirved to miss her and I ended up

hitting her in the passenger door.

The county cop said he VISUALLY

saw me speeding....

The State trooper who he called

wrote a non reportable accident

report with investigation.

Whose at fault.

There was no radar on me....

and I was doing 35 ( which is the

posted limit)
