Ok i was in a accident on 12/4 of 2009 an the truck that hit me which had been tailgating me an i was tapping my break lights an emergency signals to get him to stop tailgating me an finally i found the driveway to turn in an put on a left handed turn signal an he decided to rev his engine pass me on a double line an he t boned me an i barely tapped him as he went to go in the drive way which i couldnt see him behind me cause it was a high rise pick up with lights right in my mirror who is at fault here .
