Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was in an accident more than a week ago and was not issued a summons at the scene. Eight days after the accident, I received a summons in the mail. There were no fatalities, and I was the only one injured. Are they able to send you a summons to traffic court through the mail?
