Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I accidently missed my court date on August 6, 2010 because I had the dates mixed up. It was for driving on suspended and I was supposed to show up with my license. I have my license now, but when I went online to check the status of my case, it read "Fugitive File" What does that mean? Is there a warrant out for my arrest?

Most likely there is a warrant for your arrest out. You should check with that police department or sherrif's office. They issued a warrant because it is a criminal misdemeanor case.
