Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
administrative lices suspension, failure to pay ticket
In the past five years, my drives license has been suspend three times for failure to pay tickets (one moving violation, others for out of date tags/stickers).
Is it possible to get the court to remove the suspensions from my record? The suspensions are drastically increassing my auto insurance. All are administrative for failing to pay the fines on time. License is current now.
Thanks.

Re: administrative lices suspension, failure to pay ticket
The courts have no authority to remove the records of your administrative suspensions since these actions lie within the jurisdiction of the DMV rather than the courts.
