Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
auto hit/run, property damage
A coperate vehicle struck my vehiclde, left the scene. PD report made, turned over to his insurance, they say they can't pay till they talk to the driver. It's been three months. What do I do next?

Send the errant driver notice that unless the bill(s) are paid by a date certain, you will have no alternative but to file a lawsuit against him and possibly his company. Send copy of the letter to the
company and his insurer.
