Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Hello my name is Bill Heller, i am scheduled to appear in Norfolk city courts for a reckless driving ticket, i know that this is way to late to have you represent me but i am looking for some information. i have heard that in the general Virginia area there are "hard" jurisdictions such as VA beach, i was wondering if you would consider Norfolk court systems to be a "hard" jurisdiction or if there are and judges to look out for? I have to appear in front of the judge at 9am and i would greatly appreciate your help my number is 716-481-3933 please call me if you have any information thank you very much.

It would seem, Bill, that the main thing you should keep in mind when your

court date rolls around is that you should not plead guilty to reckless driving (a criminal misdemeanor) but rather only to something less than that (less serious) and which is a traffic infraction. And, if you cannot negotiate a deal with the prosecutor for a traffic infraction disposition, then ask for a continuance in the matter to give you additional time

to hire an attorney.

This kind of approach to your case will likely be far more beneficial than knowing which judges and/or jurisdictions may be considered "hard" or, perhaps, something else.
