Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
What can I do ?
I had borrowed a car.He said it had insurance and worked fine.He lied!! The brakes went,a crash happened,I got sued.He didn't.The judge asked how much money I and the crashee made.Legal?after the judgement,I was told to talk w/crashee's lawyer.I offered a payment plan,(he refused to accept it).Am I still obligated to pay despite the refusal of payment plan?

I see nothing illegal or improper in terms of what you've described here in your question, and, yes, unless you've appealed the judgment(and perfected the appeal appropriately), it is now due and owing on your part and your judgment creditor is free to begin enforcement action at any time.(The judgment creditor is under no obligation to accept your proposed payment plan.)
