Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I borrowed my Dad's car and didn't know the clock was fast. I got on the HOV at 600 my time, but was pulled over ticketed because it was only 550. Should I go to court to try to get out of it?

That certainly sounds like it might be worth a trip to court, especially since the HOV violations can be very pricey.

You may have to pay court costs on top of the fine if found guilty. On the other hand, you may luck out. Sheryl Shane, Attorney at Law. www.sherylshanelaw.com. Tel. 703 503 4448.
