Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
My boss has had me driving a commercial vehicle that has not been registered for couple years and illegal tags from another truck that has permanent tags. I was not aware the truck was illegal. Do you know what kind of penalty I could receive if I had been pulled over? I'm driving that vehicle anymore by the way!

You as well as the boss could've been cited for various violations of the Virginia Motor Vehicle Code. Beyond that and in consideration that the matter apparently now lies essentially within the realm of speculation, what else needs to be said?
