Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I bought a pull behind trailer new for farm use I did not title it a few years ago I sold it to someone for off road use only and now the buyer is telling me I must title in I'm in the state of Virginia

A few years ago you sold this trailer to a buyer who now is making this complaint.?
On what legal basis? (Assuming that he purchased it "AS IS" that would've most likely
have included the fact that this trailer was without a title.)
