Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Car accident
My husband was in a car accident where a truck dropped debris in the road. the car behind the truck did not try and avoid the debris but stopped abruptly causing a 3 car pile up. My husband was the last car. The car my husband hit is taking legal action against us. What can i do in this situation?

Your husband should contact his insurance carrier
to determine whether they will provide an attorney to defend him in this lawsuit. If not, he will need to hire one on his own.
