Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Charged with reckless driving in VA. Clocked at 86.5 in 55 zone. No priors. This was a case of did not notice how fast I was going and there were few other cars. Is it reasonable to go to my court appearance and see if they offer plea bargain BEFORE hiring an attorney to try and negotiate?
