Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Following too close
I was written for following too close on my motorcycle during rush hr on hwy 28 in Chantilly. The officer stated that I was doing about 50mph (speed limit 55) and was about 6 ft. behind the car in front of me. I was only on 28 for about a mile prior to being pulled over and was probable behind the car in question for matter of seconds
