How do you get a following to closely ticket doing 35 with a car lenght in front of you and no accident in NEWPORT NEWS VA How do you fight that UMM THE OFFICER MAY HAVE NO DEPTH PERCEPTION. Pretty much his word against mine. You all know who wins. I laughed at the officer it was that bad when he said you know why i pulled you over and he told me following to closely and i said one van lenght at 35 milles an hour on jefferson ave at 5pm rush hour he state i was doing 45 and i laughe again and said your a good one beacuse if you can hit 45 on jefferson in rush hour on friday your a god. Either way im going to court to waste my time for stupid stuff. We all have nothing better to do. Question how do you get out of it when your presumed guilty and the police officer is always right
