Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I crashed my car one night. The officer gave me a sobriety test, I passed but he asked did I want to take a breatherlyzer test and I said no. I also did not have insurance at the time. The officer gave me a reckless driving ticket. Should I get a lawyer? What will happen?

Yes, absolutely, you should secure the services of a competent criminal defense counsel to represent
you in this misdemeanor matter, as reckless driving is not merely a traffic infraction but rather a criminal
offense as classified in the Virginia Criminal Code which once you're convicted of can never be expunged
from your record.
