Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I am from CT. I got a reckless driving ticket in Va for doing 90/65. My driving record was clean prior to this. How much will it effect my driving record? Whats the most that the Hanover County Court will do?

Depends, I would think, as to whether you show up at the scheduled hearing to contest the matter (arguing any mitigating circumstances which may be applicable), or simply agree to a trial in your absence which would most likely result in your conviction of reckless driving which is a Class 1 criminal misdemeanor offense in the Commonwealth.
