Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
defaulty brake light
I would like to know if there's a chapter in the law book that talks about a legal traffic stop on brake lights. From my understanding it's somewhere in chapter 4 in the law book.

Re: defaulty brake light
Every traffic stop based on "burned out" brake lights or license plate lights is bogus. Even the dumbest judges know this. Your lawyer could use your help in providing him or her with the latest state inspection report, or proof that your brake light is made of LEDs and not incandescent lamps.
