Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Deferring a ticket in another state
While traveling across country last week from Seattle, I recieved a speeding ticket for 14 over in Virginia. I would like to defer this ticket in the state of Virginia when I go to court. I deferred a tickect in WA 3 years ago, can I defer this one too since it's a different state? thanks

Re: Deferring a ticket in another state
I know of no way in the adjudication of Virginia
traffic matters to "defer"(whatever that may mean)presumably the disposition of a speeding ticket until some later time.
