Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

I was struck by an automobile and,the driver was not the owner of the vehicle and, the officer put unknown for the insurance on the report.Also the driver was not cited is this legal.

Rather than concerning yourself with alleged illegalities, you would likely be better advised to arrange for a consultation with an attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of automobile accident and personal injury law in the Commonwealth.
