Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Dl suspension
My driver's license in the state i live in will not renew my driver's license because in another state there are traffic fines or items on my drving record. How do i keep my dl in the state i reside while clearing up the legality!

You must clear up your Florida DMV record to the satisfaction of (apparently) Virginia DMV officials.
If you write the Virginia DMV with a proposed plan of action to accomplish this cleanup, they may allow you a grace period of sorts to do so during which you could be issued a Virginia license to drive(if their Drivers' License Compact agreement with Florida allows for such).
