Re: OH driver's license

Depending on the circumstances of the suspension, the DMV of VA can send the info to Ohio BMV who can then enforce the suspension. In all liklihood, the points will not transfer/be ascessed.

Re: OH driver's license

The Ohio driver's license itself may not be directly revoked or suspended by the Commonwealth since it has no jurisdiction over the holder of the Ohio license. The Commonwealth, however, may suspend the privilege

of the Ohio licensee to operate any motor vehicle in the Commonwealth for whatever the appropriate period may be. In the event that such suspension took place and the Ohio license holder subsequently drove a vehicle into the Commonwealth he would be subject to immediate arrest for driving after his privilege was suspended.
