Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Driver's License 2
What happens if your license is suspended and you still drive and you are pulled over and you use somebody's else name therfore the ticket goes in the persons name?
If the person finds out later, how much trouble are you in?
And can the person sue the cops?
How much jail time could I be possible looking at? More than ten years? Do you think I will ever drive again? Do you think a lawyer could intervene?
